Based on our study result of wool gabardine which produced in the early 20th century, we made this light weight fabric with unique dull polish and reappearance of dry-touch which is given by aging.
20世紀初頭に生産されたウールギャバジン素材の分析結果をベースに、独特の鈍い光沢感と、経年変化によってもたらされたドライな風合いを軽量素材として再現しました。

VERNON is based on snap shooting of him at Saint-Tropez on 1953. Feature: Combination of his (seems to be) M-43 from U.S. ARMY and detail of French ARMY blouson from same era. Model name is come from his fictional author name of his debut work "J’irai cracher sur vos tombes (English title I spit on your graves).
On this “VERNON-D” version, drawcord on wait and cuff slit are added.
